Riversweeps, or RSweeps, is a complex maze of sweepstakes casino sites and mobile apps offering access to 30+ slot games and a few fish titles. You can get that through a wide range of official sites and apps for desktop or mobile, but also through sweepstake casino aggregates.
- 30+ slots and fish games
- Desktop and mobile apps
- NetGame provides some titles
- Unverifiable and dubious legitimacy
- No talk of welcome bonus
- Complicated registration process
- Many poor player reviews
- Too many sub-sites and apps
There’s not much talk of bonuses on RSweeps, only through casino aggregates like BitBetWin, and I haven’t seen any welcome bonuses. The casino did offer a free $10 sign-up offer in the past, but that’s about all.
It still operates like a sweepstakes app, offering casino-like games you can play for free, including its own releases, through which you can also win cash prizes, just as you would on other sweepstake apps. It’s available throughout the United States.
Unfortunately, as the casino is of incredibly dubious quality, unverifiable legitimacy, and lacks talk of promotions and a welcome promo, meaning you likely have to deposit to play, I can’t recommend the Riversweeps app.
It would be better for you to choose a more legitimate sweeps casino app that offers a lot more, especially promotions and no deposit bonuses. Consider WOW Vegas, Fortune Coins, McLuck, Pulsz, Stake.us, and many other high-quality and reputable sites.

You can use Riversweeps Casino through the website, a desktop app, or a mobile app for iOS and Android. Desktop versions look outdated, and since the mobile apps offer the same functionalities and games but a more modern look, I had a better time using them. Both mobile apps are available through their respective app stores, making them easy to download and install.
Our Casino App Testers Thoughts on Riversweeps Casino
When working on this review, my colleagues and I tried using Riversweeps Casino through all available options. Naturally, due to so many sites and a complex registration process, it took us a while to get started.
First, we used the desktop site on a few browsers and through the dedicated Windows PC app, both of which have a slightly outdated look, but you’ll benefit from the convenience of a bigger screen.
We also installed the official apps for Android and iOS, which are clearly better designed. Games work seamlessly, you can find most info you need as navigation is good, and you’ll have access to almost everything you get through the desktop. Overall, the apps are pretty user-friendly, and we’ve rarely experienced problems like bugs or errors while playing games.
However, this doesn’t change the fact that the casino itself is still quite sketchy, and getting started takes more time than it should, as you have to wait for approval to register.
As stated, Riversweeps Casino registration is much more complex than it should be. There’s no standard signup process, as you have to send your personal info and a valid ID and wait for approval. Honestly, this doesn’t feel safe as the casino operates through various sites and apps, lacks information, and it’s hard to feel certain of its legitimacy.
You can see what you need to provide to get started in the image above, and once you give all they need, you have to wait for them to review the information to get approved. Besides feeling unsafe, it’s bothersome as there’s no telling how long you have to wait to get a Riversweeps account.
All in all, once you’re approved, you’ll get a PIN for accessing your account. Then, you can start playing through the desktop site or one of the available apps.
Even though there’s not much information on this, it seems that Riversweeps is open to any player from the United States who is at least 18 years old, which is a standard requirement for most sweepstake casinos.
All legit sweepstakes apps are available only in states where the sweepstake model is legal, meaning Washington and Idaho are out of the picture. However, since RSweeps is an offshore platform, users from all over the US can join – but do that on your own merit.
Riversweeps asks for your documents immediately during the registration process. This means you won’t have to worry about verification afterward, but it’s still not something that’s often the case with sweepstakes casinos.
Most sites let you register with only the essential information and a phone number to verify you before you start playing. Identity verification comes later.
Moreover, RSweeps doesn’t provide information on whether they’ll need additional documents or information later. However, in general, sweepstake sites require one or more of the following:
- Government-issued ID cards like a driver’s license or national ID
- Social security number
- Proof of address
- Bank statement
Like most sweepstake sites, RSweeps uses both free-play currency, which is typically called gold coins, and sweepstake coins which can be exchanged for real cash prizes.
When it comes to prize redemption, it seems to be possible, but I haven’t been able to get information on how it’s actually done.
You can still redeem your SC at Riversweeps kiosks in some gas stations, liquor stores, and smoke stores. That’s because RSweeps allows land-based businesses to utilize Riversweeps software and offer those services to its customers.
Riversweeps Mobile Experience & Performance
Riversweeps lets you experience casino-style games through various devices, either through browsers (desktop or mobile) or dedicated apps (Windows PC, Android, iOS). On mobile, the experience is similar to what you get on desktop, but with better graphics and design.
The Android app is available on Google’s Play Store and has an average rating of 4.3 stars from over 450 reviews.
It’s been downloaded more than 50,000 times, and the process for that, together with the installation, is the same as with any other Android app on the Play Store.
The iOS app is on Apple’s App Store under iConnect Game. I’m not sure what is the reason for a different name, but the link to the app is found on almost every RSweeps website. It’s yet another thing that makes this brand untrustworthy.
It has a 3.8 rating from over 1,500 reviews. It’s not lightweight, but it’s not big either, as it requires 111 MB of storage, and you can install it on any iPhone with iOS 12.0 or later.
RSweeps has a library that’s mostly filled with slot machines, but there’s also a substantial number of fish games. There are 30+ slots and 5 fish releases in total.
Most slots on offer are video slots, but there are a few classic titles with only a few paylines and reels and little to no special features. Some of the more quality slots that players find interesting include African King, Cleo’s Heart, Wild Buffalo, and Magic Tree.
Bear in mind that all of these releases accept the use of gold coins and sweep coins, so you can choose either to play.
On a less happy note, most games on offer are made in-house and haven’t been tested by 3rd parties, so there’s no way to know whether they use proper RNG algorithms and offer random results.
Other releases, like most fish games, are official titles made by NetGame, but since most things on the site are unverifiable or of dubious quality, I can’t say for sure that the releases aren’t clones.
As I stated above, Riversweeps doesn’t seem to have any welcome bonuses available, and there’s little to no mention of promotions in general. The sweeps casino used to offer a $10 welcome package, but this has been discontinued.
New players can only obtain a standard sign-up bonus if they register through one of the casino aggregates that support Riversweeps, like BitBetWin. The vendor has a $5 welcome promo you can use on Riversweeps.
Aggregates like this one also have other bonuses, so if you’re interested in getting various promos for your RSweeps games, they are the only solution.
I’ve also run across Facebook groups and subreddits with referral or regular promo codes for Riversweeps. However, I’m unsure how these people obtained the codes and whether they work.
All in all, without casino aggregates, there doesn’t seem to be a way of getting any free sweeps for the site. This effectively forces players to make deposits, something I can’t, in good conscience, advise you to do.
Purchases and Redemptions
Purchases on Riversweeps only seem possible through real-life kiosks and casino aggregates like BitBetWin. These websites primarily offer cryptocurrency payments like Bitcoin, while others let you use more conventional methods, including credit and debit cards, Cash App, and Skrill.
The same goes for prize redemptions. Sweep coins are easy to transfer to cryptocurrency or fiat currency, and you only need to have enough coins to make a withdrawal. However, getting paid might take longer than 24 hours and even up to five days.
Should You Trust RSweeps?
In all honesty, this app isn’t something I can recommend. After days of researching and using RSweeps apps, I can only say that the experience it offers is subpar, and you have no way of knowing that the games you’re playing are fair and that the winnings you make are yours to withdraw.
I haven’t found anything that would verify the legitimacy of the Riverslot company that seems to own Riversweeps sites and apps, and I can’t say that they are fully compliant with the law.
Yes, they operate as a sweepstakes casino, and sweepstakes are legal in the states RSweeps is offered, but other than that, it’s hard to determine the truthfulness or verify the many claims Riversweeps makes, like the claim that it’s the best sweepstakes cafe software in the US.
Lastly, when you look at player reviews, it becomes further evident that RSweeps is something you should avoid, even though there are only a couple of these.
Riversweeps.org has very low reviews, with many players stating that they lost money to the service. They say that the games are unfair, that they keep losing, and that RSweeps doesn’t even pay when they try to redeem their winnings.
Reviews on Playriversweepsonline.com are a bit better, but there were only five of them at the time of writing.
Only the reviews on RSweeps apps on Google Play Store are positive but mostly new, so things might change in the future.
I haven’t located any responsible gambling tools at Riversweeps. But honestly, I expected this, considering that the brand barely has any relevant information.
Riversweeps lets people contact them through email at email@example.com, but they primarily offer this service to vendors. The sweepstakes app also has social media channels, but that’s about it.
There’s no support on the app, and no live chat you can use to get assistance.
Our Reviewer’s Conclusion on Riversweeps App
After days of reviewing and using Riversweeps, I can only say that I don’t recommend it. I don’t like that the brand is barely legitimate and doesn’t offer much information about itself. A big minus is that you can’t even know which is the right Riversweeps, with so many websites and apps, most of which bear different names.
The games are ok, and the ones offered by NetGame are great, and the Android and iOS apps are reasonably well-designed. However, there are no bonuses, and the only good way to use RSweeps is through sweepstake casino aggregates.
Considering all that, I can only recommend you skip this one entirely and try some of the more legitimate casino apps like WOW Vegas, Fortune Coins, and McLuck. They all offer a plethora of games, lots of bonuses, and a reliable and legitimate service. You can also get started with hefty sign-up bonuses. WOW Vegas offers 4.5 SC and 8,500 WC over three days, Fortune Coins 360,000 GC + 1200 FC, and McLuck 7,500 GC on registration and 2.5 SC.
Areas That Would Earn RSweeps a Perfect Score
Riversweeps has a long way to go to get a positive score from me, let alone a perfect one.
But, if it were to try and do that, the brand would first need to become more transparent about its business model.
Then, it would have to open up third-party auditors to show that its games are fair and work a lot on offering better services like a streamlined registration process, promotions, and proper customer service.
Unfortunately, I don’t see this happening soon, so it’s best to stay clear of it for the time being.
